Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

To arrange a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

Inspection of Returned Items

Each returned pen will be individually inspected upon receipt. To qualify for a refund, the pen must be in fully resaleable condition. This means:

• The plunger has not been pressed or advanced.
• The cartridge holder has not been attached or clicked onto the pen body.
• The pen is undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

If only part of a returned order meets these conditions, a partial refund will be issued based on the number of pens that pass inspection.

Example: If you return 10 pens and 3 have had the plunger pressed or the cartridge holder attached, you will receive a refund for the remaining 7 eligible pens only.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the goods are faulty, damaged upon arrival, or supplied in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
