Compatibility
These pens are compatible with most universal needle tips and standard 3ml refill cartridges. We stock both cartridges and pen needles separately - shop them below.
How to use
Applies to Disposable pens only:
Before you start
Do not twist the dial and press the plunger down before the pen is assembled — once pressed, the plunger cannot be wound back up.
Assembly
- Insert your unfilled cartridge into the cartridge holder
- Click the cartridge holder firmly onto the pen body — note this connection is permanent and cannot be undone, so ensure the cartridge is inside before clicking
- Once connected, safely insert dispensing needle into the rubber tip at the mouth and start dispensing
Filling the cartridge
Always ensure the cartridge is secured inside the cartridge holder, and the cartridge holder is clicked onto the pen body before filling. Filling without the cartridge properly supported creates excess air pressure, which can cause the rubber stopper to eject.
Shipping & delivery
All orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.
We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day) and Tracked 48 (2-3 working days).
Orders over £100 automatically qualify for free Tracked 24 delivery - no discount code needed.
Please note: orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back.
Upon receipt, each pen will be individually inspected. We will only accept pens that are in fully resaleable condition — this means:
- The plunger has not been pressed or twisted down
- The cartridge holder has not been clicked onto the pen body
- The pen is free from damage and in its original packaging
Refunds will be issued based on the number of pens that pass inspection. For example, if you return 10 pens but 3 have had the plunger pressed down or the cartridge holder attached, you will be refunded for 7 pens only.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Wholesale prices start from £2.45 per pen, with further discounts available depending on order volume.
